Mondays are always so very hard for me. After a relaxing weekend, the last thing I want to do is drag myself out of bed at 6am to head to that place called a job. I mean, how bad would it be if we all didn’t have jobs and were allowed to lay around in our PJs all day watching reruns of The Cosby Show? Yea, we’d probably fall back on bills and run out of pocket change for pizza, but we’d be relaxed and happy, and that’s all that matters, right?!
Okay, okay, back to reality. Maybe the second best thing would be a burst of energy on those slow mornings to give us the kick that we need. The Green Juice movement has been growing in popularity and has literally taken over the Internet. I will admit, when I first heard about it, I thought it was another quick-fix scheme that everyone was getting sucked into…again. Then, when I realized it was a ton of vegetables mixed in a glass, I immediately threw the idea out the window.
